Full-stack Engineer

• Own end-to-end delivery of 2–3 application products from concept through production
• Rapidly prototype and validate ideas through hands-on coding
• Translate high-level product concepts into clear technical roadmaps and execution plans
• Define early architecture, tooling, and implementation approaches
• Partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align priorities
• Coordinate engineering workstreams to ensure clarity, momentum, and delivery alignment
• Remove ambiguity, identify bottlenecks, and maintain development velocity
• Act as a bridge between business goals and technical execution
• Support scaling of engineering efforts by structuring work for broader team execution
