About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Compound nonsterile preparations including creams, ointments, capsules, suspensions, solutions, and powders according to approved formulations
Accurately weigh, measure, and mix pharmaceutical ingredients
Follow USP <795> and USP <800> guidelines and internal SOPs for nonsterile compounding
Properly document compounding activities and quality checks
Maintain compliance with state board of pharmacy regulations and company policies
Collaborate effectively with pharmacists, technicians, and quality staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Active Pharmacy Technician registration
At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience with 1+ year in nonsterile compounding
Basic math and pharmaceutical calculation skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs
