About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Promote Southend Pharmacy's longevity medication portfolio to providers through direct, face-to-face outreach
Build and maintain relationships with medspas, longevity clinics, wellness practices, and other relevant provider accounts
Drive new account adoption and grow volume within your existing network
Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements to inform sales strategy and maintain compliance
Participate fully in onboarding training and ongoing product education — this is a firm requirement of the role

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record in healthcare sales — experience in pharma, medical devices, GLP-1s, hormone replacement therapy, or compounding is highly valued
Established provider relationships in your market
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own time and territory
Willingness to dedicate a minimum of 15–20 hours per week to this role
Commitment to completing and maintaining Southend's training program
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
