About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop training materials including product guides, FAQs, job aids, presentations, and eLearning modules
  • Create structured content to support product launches and ongoing sales training initiatives
  • Translate complex product and clinical information into clear, easy-to-understand materials
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment
  • Support the creation and maintenance of centralized knowledge hubs and training resources
  • Utilize tools such as Articulate (Rise 360) and other platforms to develop eLearning content
  • Incorporate feedback to continuously improve content quality, clarity, and effectiveness
  • Assist with onboarding and training support as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 1 year of compounding pharmacy sales experience within the organization
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
  • High level of accountability, initiative, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be aligned with Central Standard Time (CST) working hours regardless of location
  • Experience creating training materials, presentations, or learning content (Preferred)
  • Exposure to instructional design principles or eLearning tools (Articulate, LMS platforms, etc.) (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with AI tools or interest in leveraging AI for content development (Preferred)
  • Experience in sales enablement, training, or customer-facing environments (Preferred)
