About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop training materials including product guides, FAQs, job aids, presentations, and eLearning modules
- Create structured content to support product launches and ongoing sales training initiatives
- Translate complex product and clinical information into clear, easy-to-understand materials
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment
- Support the creation and maintenance of centralized knowledge hubs and training resources
- Utilize tools such as Articulate (Rise 360) and other platforms to develop eLearning content
- Incorporate feedback to continuously improve content quality, clarity, and effectiveness
- Assist with onboarding and training support as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1 year of compounding pharmacy sales experience within the organization
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- High level of accountability, initiative, and willingness to learn
- Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Must be aligned with Central Standard Time (CST) working hours regardless of location
- Experience creating training materials, presentations, or learning content (Preferred)
- Exposure to instructional design principles or eLearning tools (Articulate, LMS platforms, etc.) (Preferred)
- Familiarity with AI tools or interest in leveraging AI for content development (Preferred)
- Experience in sales enablement, training, or customer-facing environments (Preferred)
