Data Analyst

• Configure, customize and maintain the Zuora environment; handle administrative and operational activities
• Resolve BAU cases and troubleshoot billing-related issues (invoices, payments, credit/debit memos)
• Manage user access and action tickets within designated SLAs
• Configure Products, Rate plans and Promos and support price rise strategies using Zuora bulk loader tools
