About the role
- You will spend most of your time on the phone connecting with our existing customer base
- You will use your tenacity to connect with qualified decision makers and your influencing skills to set appointments for our customer success team
- Pipeline management will be key to your success - engaging with leads in the pipeline over multiple channels (Phone and email) and diligently track progress in CRM
- Meet KPIs: # of outbound calls, emails, contact rate, and meetings scheduled (among others)
Requirements
- Previous B2B sales, telemarketing, or business development experience
- BPO or contact center experience with quota achievement
- Professional phone and email communication for B2B decision-makers from diverse backgrounds
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and business development processes
- Company and contact research using CRM and Public Website
- CRM Proficiency - Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms for lead tracking
- Education - High school diploma
- Performance-Driven - Ability to work with daily/weekly quotas and KPI targets
- Have a genuine passion for sales or lead generation
- Enjoy a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and thrive on exceeding expectations.
