You will spend most of your time on the phone connecting with our existing customer base
You will use your tenacity to connect with qualified decision makers and your influencing skills to set appointments for our customer success team
Pipeline management will be key to your success - engaging with leads in the pipeline over multiple channels (Phone and email) and diligently track progress in CRM
Meet KPIs: # of outbound calls, emails, contact rate, and meetings scheduled (among others)
Requirements
Previous B2B sales, telemarketing, or business development experience
BPO or contact center experience with quota achievement
Professional phone and email communication for B2B decision-makers from diverse backgrounds
Understanding of B2B sales cycles and business development processes
Company and contact research using CRM and Public Website
CRM Proficiency - Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms for lead tracking
Education - High school diploma
Performance-Driven - Ability to work with daily/weekly quotas and KPI targets
Have a genuine passion for sales or lead generation
