About the role

  • Become a trusted advisor to hotel owners, building awareness of how SiteMinder's products benefit their property
  • Create new opportunities and upsell current customers; manage full sales cycle from outreach to demo and closing
  • Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs and targets and finalise sales in a timely manner
  • Prepare accurate quotes, develop and present proposals, and negotiate contracts balancing client value and company margins
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in SiteMinder's CRM system
  • Provide client feedback to the Product Team to inform product reviews
  • Work with local industry groups and travel associations to promote SiteMinder’s products and brand; attend events and occasional client meetings

Requirements

  • Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales
  • Confident phone presence and fearlessness leading meetings with prospects
  • Great listening skills
  • Strong communication skills in writing and over the phone
  • Self-motivation and resilience
  • Growth mindset; open to feedback and coaching
  • Fluency in German (minimum C2)
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Must be located in Germany
  • Ability to travel occasionally to client locations
