About the role

  • Support sales team in looking after customers and partners from lead generation and qualification to follow-up
  • Prepare quotations and sales documents
  • Organize internal meetings and workshops
  • Maintain and update CRM system and records of customer interactions
  • Act as interface between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
  • Make outbound calls to leads, introduce products/services, and generate interest
  • Engage potential customers by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with sales team to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call targets and conversion goals
  • Stay informed about products, services, and market trends to deliver effective sales pitches
  • Provide feedback to management to enhance lead quality and sales processes
  • Support marketing team and perform front desk/reception tasks as needed (travel bookings, call/message forwarding, welcoming guests)

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and succeed in a sales role
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus but not required
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to grow are essential
