About the role
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and fleet management solutions and related services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and penetrate new markets.
- Leverage Challenger-based and consultative selling techniques to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
- Provide clients with actionable insights on industry trends, operational strategies, and emerging challenges in fleet management.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting and activity tracking.
- Partner with fleet customers to understand their operational needs, pain points, and business objectives.
- Communicate compelling value propositions through tailored proposals and presentations.
- Foster strong relationships from the C-level to support retention and account growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive long-term account growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and four years of experience in a related field.
- Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
- Travel required: up to 80%.
- Trucking/fleet sales experience preferred.
- Proven ability to prospect and develop new business working an account list and track record of growing accounts from existing base.
- Working knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and best practices.
