About the role

  • Build relationships with companies that sell and install access control systems and security cameras to grow Rev Share partner network
  • Identify and prospect new partner opportunities through outbound outreach
  • Engage and qualify leads via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to assess fit for Rev Share partnership
  • Deliver compelling pitches communicating partnership benefits and positioning Kisi’s solution to partner customer bases
  • Manage a pipeline of partner prospects using CRM tools; track engagement and next steps
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and share field feedback with marketing and product

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or channel sales
  • Experience ideally in SaaS, security, or B2B tech
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport and drive interest over phone, email, and video
  • Highly self-motivated and organized; ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities
  • Experience working with channel/partner programs or background in physical security industry is highly desirable
  • Willingness to undergo background check after offer
