About the role

  • **Core Responsibilities****Provider Outreach & Prospecting – 40%**
  • - Execute daily outreach to physicians, ENT specialists, and healthcare offices via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • - Research and identify new prescriber targets (e.g., doctors within specific health systems).
  • - Personalize communication to boost engagement and conversion rates.
  • - Log all activity and responses in Salesforce and Halo.
  • **Account Management & Follow-Up – 35%**
  • - Monitor assigned accounts for new prescription activity and follow up with providers.
  • - Maintain consistent engagement with prescribers to nurture ongoing relationships.
  • - Manage B2B distributor accounts, supporting bulk orders and pricing inquiries.
  • - Collaborate with leadership on new lead generation and account prioritization.
  • **Data Management & Reporting – 25%**
  • - Maintain accurate records of outreach, engagement, and outcomes in Salesforce.
  • - Flag unresponsive or rejected accounts for further review.
  • - Submit weekly activity and performance reports to management.

Requirements

  • **Must-Have (Required):**
  • - 1+ year of experience in healthcare sales, provider outreach, or SDR/account management roles.
  • - Proven experience selling or promoting **medical devices** or healthcare solutions to U.S. providers.
  • - Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with healthcare professionals.
  • - Hands-on experience using CRMs such as **Salesforce** and outreach tools like **Apollo**, **Halo**, and **LinkedIn**.
  • - Strong research and follow-up discipline.
  • - Proven ability to work independently and hit outreach KPIs in a fully remote setup.
  • - Availability to work **U.S. EST hours (9 AM – 6 PM)**.
  • **Nice-to-Have (Preferred):**
  • - Background in **B2B medical device distribution** or healthcare equipment sales.
  • - Familiarity with **healthcare compliance** and HIPAA-adjacent communication.
  • - Track record of consistent outreach conversion and appointment-setting success.
