About the role

  • Provide software training to hotel customers across Europe via screenshare, chat, and phone
  • Qualify customer requirements, identify appropriate setup requirements and prepare customers for core product implementation
  • Deliver a high standard of customer training on SiteMinder products via digital communication platforms
  • Clearly communicate SiteMinder's support procedures to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Take ownership of customer problems and seek to identify, respond and resolve any customer issues
  • Drive customer projects forward, taking ownership of each project and meeting its objectives
  • Participate in product and internal software training and perform mock training paired with a seasoned buddy

Requirements

  • English and French language skills
  • Proven customer service experience with a passion for providing a premium customer experience
  • Tech savvy with a sound knowledge of technology
  • Experience working towards targets; goal oriented
  • Always focused on the customer experience
  • Experience in the hotel industry (admin roles), hotel digital marketing, or in a SaaS company is a plus
  • Must be able to commute twice per week to the Barcelona office
  • Comfortable delivering training via screenshare, chat, and phone
