About the role

  • Serve as the face and voice of Deel for clients during onboarding and offboarding
  • Onboard customers from low and medium-touch journeys and set them up for long-term success
  • Provide strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues during onboarding
  • Project-manage all stakeholders to facilitate on-time onboarding
  • Advocate internally for clients and champion products and capabilities to drive expansion
  • Help teammates with escalations and day-to-day process/product questions
  • Lead complex projects and drive process and product improvements
  • Suggest and implement optimizations for onboarding workflows through process improvements and product automation
  • Partner with Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluent level of French and English
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in an onboarding/integration/project manager role
  • Experience in managing a complex B2B SaaS product
  • Ability to quickly ramp up to becoming a product expert
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Relationship building and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Understanding of project management principles and ability to lead projects to completion
  • Reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality
