About the role

  • Serve as the face and trusted advisor for clients during onboarding, providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues
  • Onboard customers and set them up for durable, long-term relationships with Deel
  • Provide tailored support, onboarding guidance and training to ensure customers are set up from day one
  • Plan with go-live dates in mind; proactively identify opportunities and pivot to achieve results
  • Identify and flag risks that will lead to delayed onboarding and coordinate mitigation
  • Collect product and operational feedback and advocate customer needs to internal stakeholders
  • Act as a technical integration expert, understanding present and future client business needs
  • Lead each onboarding as a project, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and ensuring timely completion
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
  • Provide a high-quality day-to-day customer experience and foster long-term growth and expansion

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in an onboarding/integration manager role
  • Experience managing a complex B2B SaaS product and quickly becoming a product expert
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management principles and ability to lead projects to completion
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptable approach to achieve results
  • Excellent written and presentation communication skills
  • Relationship-building skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Technical integration expertise and ability to understand client business needs
  • Strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate and synthesize data
  • Reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality and high degree of responsibility
  • Solid track record of achievement (quantifiable business impact, top-tier company experience, rapid responsibility uptake, or awards)
  • Curiosity and interest in making an impact
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (application form question)
  • Authorization to work in the country of residence (application form requires country of residence and work authorization)
