About the role
- Configure, customize and maintain the Zuora environment; handle administrative and operational activities
- Resolve BAU cases and troubleshoot billing-related issues (invoices, payments, credit/debit memos)
- Manage user access and action tickets within designated SLAs
- Configure Products, Rate plans and Promos and support price rise strategies using Zuora bulk loader tools
- Develop and maintain integrations between Zuora and enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, internal systems)
- Design and develop Zuora workflows and reports; use DeveloperTools/Data Loader for bulk operations
- Maintain documentation for project changes, workflows and configurations
- Collaborate with Billing Ops, Salesforce, Workday and Engineering teams to deliver solutions
- Proactively learn new Zuora features and evaluate applicability for adoption
Requirements
- Used Zuora platform in the capacity of a Data Analyst for 2+ years
- Solid understanding of SaaS billing concepts or subscription based platforms
- Good knowledge on the Zuora Object model
- Working knowledge of the Zuora platform including Zuora Administration
- Experience in Product Catalog, Zuora Billing, Payments and Reporting
- Hands-on experience in Zuora workflow to automate new requests and enhance the existing workflows
- Experience in dealing with Zuora APIs
- Understanding of the tax management applications (Avalara)
- Familiarity with SQL for querying data using ZOQL
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Invoices, Payments and Credit/Debit memos
- Understanding of integration concepts between Zuora and other enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach
- Clear communication - verbal and written
- Respond and action cases on time
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn Zuora in depth grow with the team
- Must be comfortable in rapidly changing and challenging work environment
