About the role
- Support the administration, data integrity, and reporting capabilities of HRIS platform.
- Collaborate with HR and business partners to develop, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards.
- Pursue continuous improvement of HR metrics collection and reporting.
- Oversee operation and maintenance of the HRIS.
- Monitor performance of HRIS tools and ensure optimal utilization.
- Identify and implement enhanced functionality to the HRIS.
- Stay apprised of HRIS trends and emerging technologies.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide frontline support to HR team members.
- Perform routine data audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with HRIS, data management, or HR reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or other business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Remote setting with virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams or similar platforms
- The ability to work after normal business hours, as needed, is required to support system updates or reporting deadlines.
- Ability to lift up to 15–20 pounds when handling office files or boxes.
