About the role

  • Become a trusted advisor to hotel owners and build awareness of SiteMinder products
  • Client acquisition: create new opportunities and upsell current customers; manage full sales cycle from outreach to demo and closing
  • Achieve sales KPIs and targets (daily, weekly, monthly) and finalize sales in a timely manner
  • Prepare accurate quotes, develop and present proposals; negotiate contracts
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in SiteMinder's CRM
  • Provide client feedback to the Product Team to inform product reviews
  • Partner management: work with local industry groups and travel associations and attend events; occasional travel to client locations
  • Participate in onboarding and ongoing coaching from sales coach, buddy and team leader

Requirements

  • Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales
  • A confident phone presence and fearlessness in leading meetings with prospects
  • Great listening skills
  • Strong communication skills professionally with customers, in writing and over the phone
  • Self-motivation and resilience
  • Growth mindset - open to feedback and coaching
  • Fluency in German (min. C2)
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Must be located in Germany
  • Ability to attend occasional travel to client locations
