About the role

  • Power artist independence — Liberty Music PR helps artists grow without signing away rights
  • Scout emerging artists via Spotify, YouTube, TikTok and socials
  • Run targeted outreach, tailor value proposition, and close deals with artists, labels and managers
  • Act as primary point of contact, steering artists through PR campaigns with clarity and care
  • Nurture repeat business and referrals through results and transparency
  • Collaborate across teams to brief internal teams and ensure flawless delivery
  • Add and manage leads in the CRM; keep notes clean and up-to-date
  • Track trends in press, radio, playlisting and TikTok to give artists relevant, actionable advice

Requirements

  • A real love of music and the people who make it
  • 2+ years’ sales experience, ideally in lead gen/prospecting
  • Resilience and a healthy attitude to rejection
  • Project management superpowers and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-starter energy: you set and follow your own daily routine
  • CRM experience is a plus
