About the role
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions based on client needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate progress on key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for growth within accounts and support sales in meeting revenue goals
- Forecast and track key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and engagement KPIs
- Prepare account reports and provide insights to internal teams
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and grow new opportunities
- Support resolution of challenging client requests or escalations when needed
Requirements
- 3 or more years of proven work experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a related role
- 3 or more years of client-facing experience in the technology sector with strong customer engagement skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and drive results through proactive communication
- Self-motivated and proactive in addressing client needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Solid experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot and Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
