About the role

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions based on client needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate progress on key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for growth within accounts and support sales in meeting revenue goals
  • Forecast and track key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and engagement KPIs
  • Prepare account reports and provide insights to internal teams
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and grow new opportunities
  • Support resolution of challenging client requests or escalations when needed

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of proven work experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a related role
  • 3 or more years of client-facing experience in the technology sector with strong customer engagement skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport and drive results through proactive communication
  • Self-motivated and proactive in addressing client needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot and Microsoft Office tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
