About the role
- Create new opportunities and upsell current customers; responsible for full sales cycle from outreach to demo and closing
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs and targets and finalize all sales in a timely manner
- Prepare accurate quotes, develop and present proposals, and negotiate contracts balancing client value and company margins
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in SiteMinder's CRM
- Provide client feedback to the Product Team for product review
- Work with local industry groups and travel associations to promote SiteMinder’s products and brand
- Attend key functions and events and occasionally travel to client locations for meetings
Requirements
- Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales
- A confident phone presence and fearlessness in leading meetings with prospects
- Great listening skills
- Strong communication skills professionally with customers, in writing and over the phone
- Self-motivation and resilience
- Growth mindset - open to feedback and coaching
- Fluency in German (min. C2)
- Professional proficiency in English
- Must be located in Germany
