About the role

  • SiteMinder is a world-leading open hotel commerce platform helping accommodation owners find and book guests online
  • Supports 47,000 hotels in 150 countries and processes over 125 million reservations annually
  • Manage a team of sales executives, ensuring team performance meets or exceeds budget expectations
  • Responsible for onboarding, coaching, training and success of new starters and development of existing team members
  • Lead and coach a team of 8-10 sales executives, setting clear performance expectations to meet budget
  • Conduct regular sales team meetings, one-to-ones and coaching/training sessions to drive accountability and improve sales performance
  • Assess sales pipelines and prepare regular sales forecasts for senior sales leadership
  • Review KPIs for each team member and provide guidance to improve performance
  • Build, report on and communicate metrics to track success of campaigns, events, and marketing activities in the region

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing an outbound, full sales cycle team (preferably short cycle, transactional sales)
  • Understanding of the sales cycles and KPIs for a SaaS model
  • Preferably background in hospitality/hotel tech
  • Strong ability to coach and train junior sales teams with a passion for development
  • Ability to run reports and analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions (preferably with Salesforce)
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid working environment on a weekly basis
  • An enthusiastic, high-energy attitude with a can-do mentality
  • Bilingual English & Spanish
