About the role

  • Develop the Minor Figures brand across the EMEA region and support growth in the UK and abroad
  • Own regional marketing plans: build annual and quarterly plans aligned to global strategy and local needs
  • Work with local sales leads and distributors to identify focus areas and high-impact moments
  • Manage regional budgets and allocate resources to drive value
  • Build and lead a small marketing team; set goals, give direction, and create an insight-led culture
  • Localise global campaigns: brief in-market creative and ensure delivery of regional activations
  • Partner closely with global marketing and commercial teams to align brand and deliver activations
  • Be the go-to brand contact for distributor teams; provide training, tools and ongoing support
  • Lead presence at events, festivals and industry gatherings; build brand love through partnerships and activations
  • Track performance and insights; use data to sharpen focus and inform next steps
  • Required on-site presence at Minor Figures HQ with minimum of two days in the office; travel as needed

  • Experience localising global campaigns and briefing in-market creative (working with agencies or internal teams)
  • Cross-functional collaboration with global marketing and commercial leads
  • Distributor and partner enablement skills: training, tools, and brand execution support
  • Events and community management: trade shows, festivals, barista activations and partnerships
  • Performance tracking and insight-driven decision making
  • Flexibility to travel as required; able to be on-site a minimum of two days per week
  • Willingness to work generally 9:00am–5:30pm, with flexibility for workload and travel
