• Build B2B campaigns that reach our customers and the trade directly. Source and use audience data to power and sharpen those campaigns.
• Produce and adapt on-brand content for online and offline channels using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign), including photo and video built for social.
• Plan and project-manage in-market activations and retail display rollouts end to end — coordinating international supply and logistics timing, installation schedules, and sales-training windows so everything lands on time.
• Manage the creative/media agency and freelancers, analyse and report on campaign and agency performance, and present plans and results to APAC leadership.

Account Executive

• Drive new business development across Lexington, Louisville and West VA markets

Soft Surface Territory Manager

Operator

• Identify, retrieve, and transport materials and pallets throughout the distribution warehouse.
• Maintain paperwork to receive and track materials as required.
• Wrap and band Hard Surface materials prepared on pallets.
• Prepare and package miscellaneous items in boxes for shipment.
• Read, write and comprehend shipping documents, bin locations, and store orders.
• Tape and repair any damaged packaging.
• Maintain clean and tidy workspaces.

Lift Truck Operator II

• Unload inbound trailers and place goods into appropriate storage bins / floor locations.
• Accurate documentation for these goods is required.
• Check style, size, and roll number against the shipping manifest.
• Load goods onto designated consignee trailer or Shaw truck after material is verified and tagged.

Forklift Operator – 1st Shift

• Drive and support continuous improvement through training and development
• Assist in providing associates a smooth transition from training to successful work performance by evaluating, answering questions, and providing guidance - including day-to-day leadership of the on-the-job training process across all shifts.
• Train all associates on plant and company procedures and policies.
• Further develop, adapt, modify and revise training as the need arises.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for any training and development needs for all Hourly associates.
• Collaborate with other team members to create, update, and deliver training material.
