About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, maintain and grow relationships across the New Zealand account and its network.
- Guide partners through ordering, product selection and after-sales support.
- Conduct in-person training for retail and distribution partners across New Zealand.
- Deliver clear, professional brand presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Provide straightforward analytical updates to the APAC management team on market conditions, account health, and sales progress.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years in a professional sales role.
- Experience working in or with the New Zealand market.
- A genuine willingness to travel to New Zealand frequently.
- Must have valid Australian working rights.
- Established relationships and networks within the New Zealand market (highly preferred).
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in building products, flooring, or interiors (highly preferred).
- Strong digital acumen — confident using CRM systems for reporting and building account plans (highly preferred).
