About the role: SentiLink’s events program is our primary pipeline engine. We run 60+ events annually and are ready to scale with more structure and predictability.
You will report to the Head of Marketing and directly manage the two strong Event Managers. This is a player-coach role to start—rolling up your sleeves to stabilize and standardize execution—then transitioning to >70% coach as systems and staffing mature.
Responsibilities: Calendar strategy & budgets: Own and govern the annual events calendar, capacity planning, and manage the program budget and forecast.
Operating model: Build playbooks, briefs, timelines, SLAs, and RACI. Standardize pre/during/post-event workflows the senior owners run day-to-day.
Sales & Growth alignment: Coordinate with the sales and growth teams on target lists, outreach cadences, staffing, on-site plans; enforce post-event follow-up SLAs and conversion tracking.
Resource & vendor strategy: Assess resource gaps; scope, source, and manage contractors and agencies (fabrication, logistics, creative). Negotiate scopes, budgets, and quality standards.
