• Reporting to the Payment Application and Credit Manager, this role partners with internal teams and external EAP partners to support accurate billing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• You will independently manage partner billing cycles, prepare and submit billing files, review remittances and payment feedback, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate across teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
• You will also identify opportunities to improve workflows, support automation and process initiatives, and help scale billing processes as new EAP partners are onboarded.
