Field Engineer

• Install new or modified equipment at the customer’s facility and ensuring full functionality according to specifications
• Analyzing, reviewing and inspecting findings to determine the source of problems, and recommending repair, replacement, or other corrective actions
• Coordinating problem resolution with factory or Phillips inside service support to expedite repairs
• Providing on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Updating and completing current incomplete service reports to reflect accurately and completely the work performed
• Providing feedback to the factory to help update and make changes to the service procedure used in troubleshooting and completing repairs to the machine in the field
• Providing a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer
• Conducting training on the safe operations of the equipment and demonstrating skills to trainees, including both team members and customers
• 80% road travel requirement and equipment provided (van, tools, Haas certification)

We are looking for people with CNC experience or strong mechanical and electrical backgrounds for Service Engineer roles throughout our territory. In this role, you’ll be based out of your residence and travel throughout the state Monday through Friday in a company-supplied van, troubleshooting, repairing and installing CNC machines at various customer locations.

• You will partner with customers to solve complex manufacturing challenges using Hybrid solutions.
• Develop innovative additive and subtractive strategies on Haas Hybrid platforms to maximize precision and efficiency.
• Create, simulate, and validate advanced CNC and DED toolpaths for seamless integration from design to production.
• Deliver hands-on training to customers and internal teams to ensure successful adoption and productivity.

• Translate findings into practical application guides and training materials.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Marketing to support customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
• Create detailed application reports, case studies, and technical content to support sales efforts and knowledge sharing.
