About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Inspect, maintain, repair and install Haas equipment
Solve technical problems using knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic and electrical machine systems
Provide expert guidance, training, and support to customers and teammates
Maintain accurate service reports using digital tools
Build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong mechanical and electrical skills
A mechatronics, machining or engineering certificate or degree is a plus but **NOT** required, **ESPECIALLY** if you have industry experience.
CNC or machine tool knowledge or experience is a plus
Working knowledge of electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics is helpful but not necessary
Ability to travel up to 80% of the month between Monday and Friday from your residence in Virginia.
Good communication skills and ability to deal with customers professionally.
Ability to keep track of expenses and manage paperwork relating to maintenance completed.
