Field Engineer

• Support the technical needs of Philips Imaging customers and customer service partners
• Work individually and as part of a wider team to install, maintain and repair imaging equipment
• Provide field based and remote technical support to customers and colleagues
• Carry out corrective, preventative, installation and field change order activities on complex healthcare systems
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware and software system failures
• Determine most cost effective repair/solution to minimize customer downtime

• Responsible for customer relationship management through technical knowledge
