Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver onsite and remote technical support, responding quickly to customer issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

2.5+ years of professional working experience in IT services or related technical environments
Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators highly preferred
Foundational understanding of IT systems, networking concepts, and technical troubleshooting
Computer networking certification preferred (e.g. CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
Associate degree in computer science, biomedical, engineering, or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and above-listed experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to travel approximately 75% across specified geography
