Clinical Education Specialist, Multi Modality

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning services, educational programs, and training solutions for Philips employees, channel partners, and customers
- Deliver engaging training programs to a global audience across multiple regions and time zones
- Serve as a subject matter expert for MRI clinical workflows and imaging concepts
- Analyze learner feedback, training metrics, and performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Mentor and support other learning professionals by sharing best practices in instructional design
- Drive innovation in learning services by evaluating and implementing new instructional technologies and educational strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Radiologic Sciences, or Healthcare Education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning Services, Clinical Education, Training Delivery, Curriculum Development, or a related education field
- Minimum of 5 years of MRI clinical, MRI applications, or MRI education experience in a healthcare, medical imaging, or healthcare technology environment
- Experience delivering training to clinical professionals, healthcare providers, field personnel, or customers
- Fluent written and spoken English required
