• You actively support the general manager in day-to-day operations and act as a point of contact for employees and team leaders
• You are responsible for leading operational shifts in the restaurant and assist with team leadership and scheduling
• You onboard new team members and train employees on current matters, initiatives, and promotions
• You ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and compliance with company procedures and quality standards
• Together with the general manager, you ensure administrative tasks and the strategic management of your location
• You and the general manager — together with your Peter Pane team — run the day-to-day operations and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves
