About the role

  • You manage your Peter Pane restaurant in all matters and are the primary point of contact for the operation.
  • You lead your team of employees and team leaders and ensure the implementation of system-wide guidelines and current promotions.
  • You plan your targets and take all necessary measures to achieve your goals.
  • You carry out budget planning, staffing and KPI planning and keep these under constant review.
  • You coordinate regularly with your team and your supervising regional manager and report on current matters.
  • You and your Peter Pane team drive the day-to-day operations and are willing to pitch in when needed.

Requirements

  • Completed training in gastronomy/hotel management or equivalent professional experience in operational day-to-day business.
  • Management experience as a General Manager / Restaurant Manager (m/f/d), preferably in the chain-restaurant sector.
  • Valid health certificate.
  • You are a genuine host and restaurateur and ready to achieve your goals with us.
  • Service-oriented and meticulous working style as well as a respectful leadership style.
  • Enjoyment of working in the hospitality industry and open, honest communication.
