About the role
- You provide active support to the operations manager in day-to-day business and serve as a point of contact for employees and team leaders
- You are responsible for leading operational shifts in the restaurant and assist with team leadership and scheduling
- You onboard new team members and train your colleagues on current matters and promotions
- You ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and adherence to guidelines and quality standards
- You rock the daily business together with your General Manager and your Peter Pane team and are willing to lend a hand when needed
Requirements
- Successfully completed training in gastronomy/hotel management or several years of professional experience
- Professional experience as a deputy restaurant operations manager or experience in a leadership position
- A genuine hospitality personality
- You are a dynamic professional with charm and charisma who always keeps a cool head
