About the role
- You develop, manage and optimize our digital campaign strategy.
- You plan and execute paid social and Google Ads campaigns, with a clear focus on customer acquisition.
- You coordinate national online marketing campaigns for our restaurants.
- You analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and derive concrete optimization measures.
- You manage external agencies and keep projects on track regarding timing, budget and goal achievement.
- You work closely with website, webshop, email and social media teams.
- You monitor new digital channels, assess their potential, and develop strategic approaches accordingly.
- You think about campaigns holistically rather than channel-by-channel.
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or a performance-driven company.
- You are highly proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- You work KPI-driven and produce structured, easy-to-understand reports.
- You understand customer journeys and can align digital touchpoints consistently.
- You have experience managing agencies and in project management.
- You are analytical and data-driven while also thinking strategically.
- You work in a structured, independent manner and demonstrate high initiative.
- You actively follow digital trends and continuously develop your skills.
