• Develop and execute digital marketing campaign strategies across multiple channels inclusive of email, ads, and our website chat bot
• Assist in optimizing these channels to improve campaign outcomes
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to drive qualified leads and maximize ROI
• Monitor and analyze landing page performance, A/B test creative assets, ad copy, and campaign targeting to improve conversion rates
• Track and manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and campaigns
• Create regular reporting showcasing campaign performance, insights and recommendations, including detailed performance marketing metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and attribution analysis
• Build comprehensive dashboards and reports that track the full customer journey from initial touchpoint through conversion, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across all marketing channels
• Set-up and produce webinars as well as ensuring reporting data is properly imported into our systems for follow-up/lead nurturing

Digital Marketing Specialist

• Plan, build, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and social formats
• Continuously optimise campaigns for performance including bid strategies, audience targeting, ad copy, and landing page alignment
• Produce clear, insightful campaign performance reports for clients using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager data
• Create engaging social media content and graphics using Canva or similar tools, aligned to client brand guidelines
• Support basic SEO tasks including keyword research, on-page recommendations, and content strategy guidance

• Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies—SEO/SEM, paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), email nurture, content marketing, social media, webinars—to fuel lead generation and deal flow.
• Deploy lead generation programs, nurture sequences, optimize landing pages and funnels through CRO and A/B testing .
• Work with sales to target high-value accounts, define MQL/SQL criteria, and support pipeline building with content and paid outreach .
• Create and manage blogs, white papers, case studies, infographics, and video content. Drive SEO and on-page improvements to boost organic reach.
