About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • To further grow our business, we are looking for committed new colleagues to join us on our digital marketing mission.
  • Consulting, concept development, analysis, management and optimization of online marketing channels: SEA (Google Ads & Bing etc.), SEO (search engine optimization), Affiliate Marketing
  • Programmatic advertising: Display & Remarketing (RTB / RTA)
  • Social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, XING Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Marketing automation / e-mail marketing
  • Responsibility for media planning and advertising creatives
  • Management of external service providers
  • Advising clients and key accounts
  • Monitoring KPIs and budgets from a performance perspective
  • Optimization and provisioning of product data, e.g., for Google Shopping
  • Identifying usability and conversion potential
  • Budget and revenue responsibility
  • Web analytics / tracking / analysis & interpretation — optimization targets: CPL, CPO, KUR, ROAS
  • Client workshops, including on-site at client locations
  • Coordination with other offices, with regular travel between Stuttgart, Hamburg and Berlin

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in business administration and/or a comparable degree or vocational qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in online marketing and a total of 3 years of professional experience
  • Decisiveness, strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Customer-focused, independent, structured and goal-oriented working style with a strong service orientation
  • High affinity for online/digital topics
  • Sense for design and layout as well as technical and marketing copy
  • Ability to work precisely, reliably and results-oriented under time pressure
  • Professional business demeanor with colleagues, clients and partners
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
