About the role
- You provide active support to restaurant management in daily operations and act as a point of contact for staff and team leaders
- You are responsible for leading operational shifts in the restaurant and support team leadership and scheduling
- You onboard new team members and train staff on current matters and promotions
- You ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and compliance with procedures and quality standards
- You work together with restaurant management and the Peter Pane team to drive the day-to-day business and are ready to roll up your sleeves when needed
Requirements
- Successfully completed training in gastronomy/hotel management or several years of professional experience
- Professional experience as a deputy restaurant manager or in a leadership position
- A genuine hospitality personality
- A dynamic professional with charm and charisma who keeps a cool head under pressure
