About the role

  • You provide active support to the restaurant management in daily operations and act as a point of contact for employees and team leaders
  • You are responsible for leading operational shifts in the restaurant and support team leadership and scheduling
  • You onboard new team members and train your colleagues on current matters and promotions

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training in gastronomy/hotel management or several years of professional experience
  • Professional experience as a deputy restaurant manager or in a supervisory position
  • A genuine hospitality personality
  • You are a dynamic professional with charm and charisma who always keeps a cool head
