About the role
- Provide active support to operations management in daily operations and serve as a point of contact for employees and team leaders
- Take responsibility for leading operational shifts in the restaurant and assist with team leadership and scheduling
- Onboard new team members and train staff on current matters and promotions
- Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and compliance with procedures and quality and safety standards
- Work closely with management and your Peter Pane team to run daily operations and pitch in hands-on when needed
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in gastronomy or hospitality, or several years of professional experience
- Professional experience as a deputy restaurant manager or in a leadership position
- A genuine hospitality personality and a strong service orientation
- A dynamic professional with charm and charisma who always keeps a cool head
