About the role

  • You lead your Peter Pane restaurant in all matters and are the primary point of contact for the venue
  • You manage your team of employees and team leaders and ensure the implementation of system guidelines and current promotions
  • You plan your financial targets and take all necessary measures to achieve your goals
  • You carry out budget planning, staff planning and key performance indicator monitoring and keep them under constant review
  • You coordinate closely with your team and your supervising Area Manager and report on current matters
  • You and your Peter Pane team drive day-to-day operations and are ready to pitch in when needed

Requirements

  • Completed training in gastronomy / hotel management or equivalent professional experience in daily operations
  • Management experience as a General Manager / Restaurant Manager (m/f/d), preferably in the chain restaurant sector
  • Valid health certificate
  • You are a true host and restaurateur and ready to achieve your goals with us
  • Service-oriented and careful working approach as well as a respectful leadership style
