About the role
- You provide active support to the general manager in day-to-day operations and act as a point of contact for staff and team leaders
- You are responsible for leading operational shifts in the restaurant and assist with team management and scheduling
- You onboard new team members and train your colleagues on current topics and promotions
- You ensure smooth restaurant operations and compliance with company procedures and quality standards
- Together with your general manager and the Peter Pane team, you run the daily business and are ready to roll up your sleeves when needed
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hospitality/hotel management or several years of relevant professional experience
- Professional experience as a deputy restaurant manager or in a leadership position
- A genuine hospitality personality
- You are a dynamic professional with charm and charisma who keeps a cool head under pressure
