About the role
- You actively support the general manager in day-to-day operations and act as a point of contact for employees and team leaders
- You are responsible for leading operational shifts in the restaurant and assist with team leadership and scheduling
- You onboard new team members and train employees on current matters, initiatives, and promotions
- You ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and compliance with company procedures and quality standards
- Together with the general manager, you ensure administrative tasks and the strategic management of your location
- You and the general manager — together with your Peter Pane team — run the day-to-day operations and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality or several years of professional experience
- Professional experience as a deputy restaurant manager or in a managerial position
- A genuine host personality with a knack for self-organization
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- You are a dynamic professional with charm and charisma who always keeps a cool head
