About the role

  • You actively support the general manager in day-to-day operations and act as a point of contact for employees and team leaders
  • You are responsible for leading operational shifts in the restaurant and assist with team leadership and scheduling

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality or several years of professional experience
  • Professional experience as a deputy restaurant manager or in a managerial position
  • A genuine host personality with a knack for self-organization
  • Strong communication skills and reliability
  • You are a dynamic professional with charm and charisma who always keeps a cool head
