About the role

  • You manage your Peter Pane restaurant in all matters and are the primary point of contact for the establishment
  • You lead your team of employees and team leaders and ensure the implementation of company standards and current promotions
  • You plan your financials and take all necessary measures to achieve your targets
  • You carry out budget planning, staffing and KPI planning and keep them under constant review
  • You coordinate regularly with your team and your supervising area manager and report on current matters
  • You lead the daily operations with your Peter Pane team and are willing to pitch in when needed

Requirements

  • Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality or equivalent professional experience in daily operations
  • Management experience as a General Manager / Restaurant Manager (m/f/d), preferably in chain restaurant operations
  • Valid health certificate
  • You are a genuine host and restaurateur and ready to achieve your goals with us
  • Service-oriented and meticulous working style as well as a respectful leadership approach
  • Most importantly: enjoyment of working in the hospitality industry and open, honest communication
