Principal Recruiter

Pre-sales Engineer

• Partner with sales leadership to provide technical expertise on our most strategic and complex opportunities, helping uncover and prove out use cases to showcase the value of the Omni platform.
• Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) for our largest and most complex evaluations, enabling prospective customers on how to successfully use Omni on their data.
• Provide technical leadership across the Solutions Engineering team — mentoring SEs and shaping best practices for discovery, demos, and POCs.
• Partner with Product leadership to influence the roadmap based on patterns observed in the field.
• Represent the Solutions Engineering org in strategic, executive-level customer conversations.
• Smoothly transition trials into successful customers by partnering with post-sales teams and engaging with our partners to plan for ongoing support where needed.

Staff Solutions Engineer – Level 4

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise in the sales process and beyond, helping uncover and prove out use cases to showcase the value of the Omni platform.
• Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) as part of the evaluation process, enabling prospective customers on how to successfully use Omni on their data.
• Smoothly transition trials into successful customers by partnering with post-sales teams and engaging with our partners to plan for ongoing support where needed.
• Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and help raise the bar on discovery, demo, and POC quality across the team.

Solutions Engineer – Level 3, Pre-Sales

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise in the sales process and beyond, helping uncover and prove out use cases to showcase the value of the Omni platform.
• Build and present Proofs of Concept (POCs) in the Omni Platform as part of the evaluation process, enabling prospective customers on how to successfully use Omni on their data.

Solutions Engineer – Level 2

• Partner with senior Solutions Engineers and the sales team to support technical discovery, demos, and proofs of concept (POCs).
• Learn to build and present POCs in the Omni platform as part of the evaluation process, while helping prospective customers learn to use Omni on their own data.
• Support the transition of trials into successful customers by partnering with post-sales teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to relay user feedback and help inform product direction.

Solutions Engineer – Level 1, Pre-Sales

Account Executive

• Own multi-year, multi-stakeholder enterprise agreements end-to-end, from initial C-suite engagement through renewal and expansion
• Build and execute long-term strategic account plans, orchestrating internal resources (Solutions Engineering, Exec Sponsors, Product, Customer Success) across the full account lifecycle
• Lead executive business reviews and act as a trusted advisor to VP/C-level stakeholders on how BI and data strategy ties to their broader business goals
• Navigate complex procurement, legal, and security review cycles typical of large enterprise organizations
• Serve as a voice of the largest accounts back into Product and GTM leadership, shaping roadmap and packaging decisions
• Deliver accurate, forecastable revenue on a smaller number of high-value, high-complexity opportunities

Strategic Enterprise Account Executive

• Drive the full sales cycle for our new BI platform, balancing consultative and challenger approaches to exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
• Generate new business through a mix of network-led outbound and inbound qualification, ensuring operational excellence via MEDDPICC and the 3 Whys frameworks.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to lead POCs and develop robust business value cases that simplify complex purchase decisions for technical buyers.
• Collaborate with Partners (Tech/SI) and internal teams (AM/SA) to build top-of-funnel pipeline, ensure seamless onboarding, and identify cross-sell or renewal opportunities.
• Maintain high visibility for GTM leadership by delivering accurate weekly forecasts with both bottom-up and top-down territory perspectives.

Mid-Market Account Executive

• Drive BI solution-selling (Consultative/Challenger) to consistently exceed quarterly and annual quotas
• Manage full-cycle pipeline using MEDDPICC and 3 Whys frameworks with high-research outbound
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to lead POCs and workshops, earning trust with deeply technical buyers
• Actively invest in Tech & SI partnerships to build top-of-funnel pipeline and ensure customer success

• Build and scale the data platform that turns messy GTM signals into reliable, auditable workflows
• Design queues, and workers for enrichment, routing, assignment, and activation
• Integrate external data sources and APIs across CRM, sales engagement, ads, first and third party intent, and enrichment vendors
• Work directly with various GTM teams to turn one-off experiments into reusable platform primitives

Full-stack Engineer

• Own and improve post-sale operating workflows across Customer Success, Professional Services, Partner Ops, and Sales-to-CS handoffs, including SLAs, intake, routing, and escalation paths
• Build and maintain GTM systems and processes in Salesforce and adjacent tools to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and make handoffs easier for frontline teams
• Partner with Customer Success, Services, and Partnerships leaders to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for retention, expansion, onboarding, implementation, partner-sourced pipeline, and customer health
• Project-manage enablement initiatives, process rollouts, and change management for GTM teams so new workflows are documented, adopted, and measured
