• Build, direct, and mentor a high-performing team of Commercial Sales Engineering Managers and individual Sales Engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to develop and execute strategies that align with Commercial segment goals and drive significant revenue growth.

• Serve as a hands-on practitioner in Motive’s primary global HRIS system, Workday, maintaining data quality and reinforcing data governance
