Key responsibilities & impact

Generate and analyze data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide critical business insights
Assist in managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous quality assurance processes
Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and Sales Operations leaders
Help scale Motive's operations model and enable teams to focus on high-impact growth initiatives
Participate in an on-site assessment round involving real-world analyst simulations, deep-diving into raw data, crafting business narratives in Google Sheets, and pulling data using SQL

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields, with a focus on data analysis and reporting
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce is essential
Apps Script, Hex and N8N knowledge is preferred
SQL proficiency is mandatory
Exceptional analytical and communication skills
Proactive, adaptable mindset
Detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics or a related field is encouraged
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous
Applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
Employees must be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology
