About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct recurring compliance audits of dealer websites against OEM-specific brand website standards
- Provide quality assurance of dealer sites to ensure they meet OEM program requirements before launch
- Proactively and regularly submit Motive’s live sites for OEM compliance checks
- Identify, document, and remediate compliance violations, prioritizing issues that put dealer co-op funds or OEM certification at risk
- Partner with Implementations, Customer Support and Customer Success teams to resolve flagged issues quickly and prevent recurrence
- Track OEM policy and program updates, and translate them into internal checklists, playbooks, and configuration standards
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of audit findings, remediation status, and account-level compliance history
- Serve as the internal point of contact for OEM compliance questions from Implementation, Customer Success, and dealer-facing teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years of experience in OEM co-op compliance, dealer website management, or a related quality assurance role
- Strong attention to detail and consistency when managing a high volume of recurring audits
- Comfortability working within website CMS platforms
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and timelines across multiple accounts simultaneously
- Must be a resident of United States
