Business Development Rep

• Review any new inbound leads coming from things like webinar or roundtable registrations, content downloads, and demo requests. Reach out to leads that fit within our ICP to schedule intro calls.
• Reach out (email and LinkedIn) to HR and talent development leaders in a given market to drive attendance to an upcoming dinner we are hosting.
• Research prospects that fit within our ICP to do outbound to in the afternoon.
• Outbound (email, calling, LinkedIn) to decision makers at ICP target accounts.
• Conduct discovery calls and/or demos with prospects to qualify leads.
• Use tools like LinkedIn, leverage our Mento community, and get creative to find connections within our ICP target accounts. Ask for introductions to those connections.

Account Executive

• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities (Pipeline Management)
• Meticulously manage the sales process from qualification to close (Deal Execution)
• Establish and foster community within the HR space by creating relationships and attending/organizing events
• Attend and host events (dinners, conferences, happy hours, virtual events) to connect with prospects
• Continuously generate pipeline through outreach and creative techniques
• Create outstanding first impressions as prospects' initial point of contact (Represent our Brand)

General Counsel

• Form 1:1 partnerships with Mento members to help them identify & track clear goals, become better leaders, communicate more effectively, and problem-solve work issues
• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions using the Mento Platform and Tools
• Participate in Mento’s ICF-certified coach training program prior to working with members and attend ongoing training sessions
• Communicate with members via Mento email or chat between sessions
• Be an integral member of the Mento coaching community by sharing coaching tools and insights to enhance coaching practices
• Act as an ambassador of the Mento community by acting with kindness, respect, and empathy

Coach, Chief Legal Officer / General Counsel

Customer Success Manager

• Report to the VP of Customer Experience and serve as Mento's first Customer Success Manager
• Manage 40 partner accounts immediately, scaling to 65+ by the end of 2026
• Own partner accounts from program launch through renewal, serving as the trusted advisor to HR leaders and talent development teams
• Conduct and present partner-specific Baseline Reviews and Impact Reviews to demonstrate measurable coaching outcomes and business ROI through data analysis
• Drive expansion revenue by identifying opportunities for additional cohorts, coaching levels, and program extensions; own the contract renewal process
• Build authentic relationships with HR partners and help them champion coaching culture to maximize impact and adoption
• Analyze and monitor member engagement across partner organizations, proactively addressing participation and driving utilization
• Multi-threaded relationship building across HR, talent development, and senior stakeholders
• Align with broader talent strategies to position Mento as an integral partner by creating compelling ROI narratives for executive stakeholders
• Establish CSM best practices, create scalable processes, and build partner success playbooks for HR and talent development audiences
• Work closely with Coaching and Member Experience teams to ensure seamless member-coach-partner experience
• Facilitate partner customizations including goal alignment, cohort launches, reporting preferences, and communication cadences
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and all tracking systems for strategic planning and reporting
• Support sales team with HR-focused proof points, case studies, and references; capture market insights based on partner feedback and trends
• Champion AI integration strategically into the CSM role to drive productivity gains and promote technology adoption and workflow transformation

• Launch Support: Create compelling marketing materials for Moments rollout including landing pages, presentations, and promotional assets
