About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8 years of product management experience. You've shipped meaningful products end-to-end and can work independently across discovery, definition, and delivery.
  • You understand—or are deeply curious about—coaching. Experience in HR tech, L&D, coaching platforms, or people development tools.
  • You understand HR buyers and enterprise dynamics.
  • You see AI as a tool for augmentation, not replacement.
  • You're a strong collaborator on research and design.
  • You're data-informed but user-obsessed.
